Ultimate rider performance is designed to help all riders… whether you are an everyday rider or an aspiring equestrian athlete there is a fitness plan for you!

ABOUT THE PROGAM

Ultimate Rider Performance consists of a 12-week training program with 4 specially designed workouts a week to cover all fitness abilities. You will be coached through each challenging yet achievable workout, which will include strength training with a strong focus on core stability, cardiovascular endurance including body-weight circuit training and stretching to ensure a well-rounded and effective routine.

Being part of Ultimate Rider Performance, you will also receive these great benefits:

I find the sessions are fun and motivating, using a mixture of different equipment and exercises. I have learnt so much from James, his knowledge is exceptional. I’m really seeing an improvement in the saddle as I am starting to be able use my aids more independently which makes instructions more clear to my horse and therefore our training more successful. I’m excited for what we are yet to achieve.

THE HOME PROGRAM

Your complete 12-week Home Workout program specifically designed for Equestrian riders looking to improve their riding strength.
All workouts can be completed anywhere with minimal equipment. For maximum results you will require either dumbbells or kettlebells, looped resistance band and mini looped resistance bands.

THE GYM PROGRAM

Your complete 12-week Gym Workout program specifically designed for Equestrian riders looking to improve their riding strength.
All workouts will need to be completed within a gym or home gym for maximum results. Substitute exercises can be added depending on the equipment availability.
